I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

If you are unable to find the water valve to turn off, then you can try turning on all the cold taps inside and outside your residence to depressurise the system and minimise the leak.

Once you have stopped the problem from getting worse, give our emergency plumber a ring, any hour of the day or night. We’ll be there quickly to solve the issue.

While you are waiting, clear away any significant possessions from the area, and mop up any water or position a container to catch the drips. If you’ve turned the mains water off, also switch off the hot water heating as well.
