I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

Once that’s done, give us a call, no matter what the day or time is. We’ll be there promptly to get things sorted.

While waiting, clear away any significant items close to the leak, and wipe up any water or place a bucket to catch any drips. If you turned the mains water off, also switch off the heating for the hot water as well.

Help, I don’t know where the main water shutoff valve is!
